PULSEBOARD BY EVERYOUL

Terms of Service

The ground rules for using Pulseboard, a creator workspace operated by Everyoul in Ohio, United States.

Updated October 5, 2026

Using Pulseboard

By creating an account or using Pulseboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact hello@everyoul.com with questions. These terms apply to the website, creator workspace, and connected tools.

Pulseboard is intended for adult account holders. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms. A parent or legal guardian who permits a teenager to use an account is responsible for that use and any purchases. Pulseboard is not intended for children under 13; do not create an account for a child under 13. Connected services have their own age requirements.

Your account and connections

Keep your email account and sign-in links secure. Provide accurate account information and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Connecting Twitch or an AI service is optional and grants only the access you approve. You must have permission to connect the account or share its information. Third-party services, availability, and terms are outside our control. Pulseboard is independent of Twitch and OpenAI.

Your content

You retain your rights in your notes, plans, uploaded assets, and other content. You give Everyoul permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide Pulseboard and connections you authorize. This is not a transfer of ownership.

Only upload or link material you have the right to use. Keep a separate backup of important files. A saved external link does not preserve the linked file or grant copyright permission.

Plans, billing, and rewards

Free and paid features are described on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval and price until canceled. Review the checkout total, offer conditions, and renewal price before purchasing. The Billing & cancellation policy explains cancellation and refund requests.

Referral rewards depend on eligible new paid referrals, the qualification period, and the current program rules. Self-referrals, spam, fraud, and duplicate accounts are not eligible. Rewards are access passes, not cash, and do not automatically cancel or credit an existing subscription.

Responsible use

Do not use Pulseboard for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, credential theft, unauthorized access, spam, or attempts to disrupt the service. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides additional examples.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, payment problems, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.

Availability and beta features

We work to provide a useful, reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete Twitch history, audience growth, or a particular business outcome. Imported data depends on what the connected service makes available.

Features labeled Beta may change or be unavailable. Features labeled Coming soon are not available. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect; review it before relying on it. Current AI workspace tools are read-only.

Ending use, changes, and your rights

You may stop using Pulseboard, cancel a subscription, and request deletion. Active billing may need to be resolved before self-service account deletion can complete. Contact support if you cannot finish deletion.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms and will identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice or email. For a dispute, contact hello@everyoul.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory remedies.
