PULSEBOARD BY EVERYOUL

Privacy Policy

What Pulseboard collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Updated October 5, 2026

Who handles your information

Everyoul operates Pulseboard from Ohio, United States. Contact hello@everyoul.com or use our Contact page for privacy questions and requests.

Information we collect

Account information includes your email address, display name, account identifiers, sign-in records, and subscription or access status. Workspace information includes notes, goals, stream plans, clips, asset records, and files you choose to save.

If you connect Twitch, we store connection identifiers, access and refresh tokens, channel information, available broadcasts and clips, and associated synchronization records. Available data depends on Twitch permissions and APIs. If you link an AI account, we store its account identifier, email, approved categories, and connection/access timestamps.

Billing records include Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and event records. Stripe handles payment card entry; Pulseboard does not store full card numbers. Referral records track attribution, qualifying payment status, and rewards. Referrers see progress, not referred customers’ private account details.

Contact requests include the name, email, topic, and message you submit. Security systems process request metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser/request information. Our contact and sign-in rate controls use hashed IP or email values. Hashing reduces exposure but does not make this information anonymous.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure your workspace, verify sign-in, synchronize connections, manage billing and rewards, respond to support requests, investigate abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not use your contact message as permission to send marketing emails.

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, protect legitimate security and operational interests, or carry out a choice or consent you make. You can withdraw optional connection permissions through the workspace.

Who receives information

Service providers help operate Pulseboard: OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare, provide hosting and storage; Resend delivers email; Stripe processes payments; Twitch supplies data when connected. These providers process information necessary for their role and may maintain their own security or transaction records.

When you authorize an AI connection, the selected workspace information is returned to that AI provider when its tools request it. Turning access off blocks future requests, but does not remove information already received or saved in an AI conversation. Review that provider’s own privacy settings and terms.

Authorized administrators may access information to operate and support Pulseboard. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell your workspace content or operate advertising-targeting integrations in the current site.

Storage, retention, and security

Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers. We retain account and workspace data while needed to provide the service. Security, billing, support, and legal records may remain when reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Account deletion removes active workspace records and uploaded files through the deletion workflow. Some transaction/provider records, support correspondence, backups, or limited fraud-prevention and deletion markers may remain subject to their purpose and applicable requirements. Contact us for help with records outside the self-service export or deletion process.

We use access controls and other technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information in notes, files, or support messages.

Your choices and requests

You can update your display name, export workspace data, disconnect Twitch, change or revoke AI permissions, and request account deletion. Canceling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your information, object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. Email hello@everyoul.com to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. We will not retaliate for a valid privacy request.

Children and policy updates

Pulseboard is intended for adult account holders and is not directed to children under 13. Parents are responsible for any teen use they allow. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We update this policy when our practices change and identify the updated date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage details.
