PULSEBOARD BY EVERYOUL
Cookie Policy
How browser storage supports sign-in, security, and the features you request.
Updated October 5, 2026
Necessary sign-in and security storage
Pulseboard uses secure, HTTP-only cookies for customer sessions, email-link verification, signed-out state, and temporary AI-account linking. Customer sessions and signed-out state may last up to 30 days. Email-link verification cookies last up to 15 minutes; AI-link confirmation cookies last up to 10 minutes.
The contact form uses a temporary security cookie lasting up to 15 minutes to bind its one-use anti-spam check to your browser. Hosting and optional connected services may also use cookies needed for authentication, routing, or security.
Referrals and external services
If you follow a referral link, Pulseboard uses a referral cookie, lasting up to 30 days, to attribute an eligible new account to that link. You can remove it through your browser settings; doing so can prevent the referral from being attributed.
Stripe checkout, Twitch authorization, and OpenAI connection pages are separate services with their own storage and cookie notices. Visiting those services is different from simply viewing Pulseboard’s public pages.
Optional tracking and your controls
The current Pulseboard application does not add advertising pixels or optional third-party analytics scripts. We will update this policy and provide any legally required consent controls before introducing optional tracking.
You can view, block, or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, contact-form checks, or account linking from working. Contact hello@everyoul.com if you need help or more detail about a cookie you encounter.
