Billing & Cancellation

How subscriptions, offers, and Creator passes work.

Updated October 5, 2026

Prices and renewals

Current prices, billing intervals, and eligible introductory offers appear on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. Monthly plans renew monthly and yearly plans renew yearly until canceled.

An introductory first-month price applies only when the checkout explicitly shows it. The disclosed standard price applies on renewal. Offer deadlines, eligibility, and coupon restrictions apply; discounts are not automatically combined. Review the full amount before confirming payment.

Cancel or manage billing

Use the billing controls in your workspace to open the Stripe customer portal and manage or cancel your subscription. If you cannot access it, contact hello@everyoul.com for help. A cancellation normally stops the next renewal, with paid access continuing to the end of the paid period as shown in your billing details.

Signing out, disconnecting Twitch, turning off AI, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Resolve active billing before deleting your account. Do not send card details in support requests.

Refund requests and payment problems

If a charge seems wrong or a purchase did not work as expected, contact us with your account email and the charge date. We review refund requests individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. A refund is not automatically promised solely because you stopped using the service; this does not limit refunds or cancellation rights required by law.

Failed or reversed payments can affect premium access. Stripe and your payment provider may have their own dispute processes. Please contact us promptly about a billing issue.

Promotional and referral access

Admin-granted access and referral rewards are time-limited Creator passes, not recurring subscriptions. They do not charge your card when they end.

Referral passes are not cash, gift cards, or refunds. An active subscriber can bank a reward and redeem it after the subscription ends. Redeeming a reward does not cancel a subscription. Refunds, disputes, or referral abuse may reverse qualification and associated rewards.
